AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 12-37-220, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION ON TWO PRIVATE PASSENGER VEHICLES OWNED OR LEASED BY A DISABLED VETERAN, SO AS TO ALLOW THE EXEMPTION TO THE SURVIVING SPOUSE OF THE PERSON ON ONE PRIVATE PASSENGER VEHICLE OWNED OR LEASED BY THE SPOUSE FOR THE SPOUSE’S LIFETIME OR UNTIL THE REMARRIAGE OF THE SURVIVING SPOUSE. – ratified title
